Shipping policy

WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver across the UAE, and to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

COST AND TIMING

Inside the UAE, delivery is AED 25, and free on orders over AED 350. Orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days.

To the rest of the GCC, delivery is AED 70. Orders usually arrive in 5 to 10 working days, depending on customs in your country.

WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SENT

We pack and dispatch orders Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday or a public holiday go out the next working day. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the driver in cash when the parcel is handed to you. Nothing is charged when you place the order, so please have the exact amount ready.

IF YOU ARE NOT HOME

Our courier will call you on the number you entered at checkout before delivering. If nobody answers, they try again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled.
